CSDR serves deaf and hard of hearing students who can benefit from our specialized programs
Basic Eligibility Criteria

Student must have a hearing loss that impacts educational performance

Ages birth through 21 years old

California resident (or meet out-of-state criteria)
-
IEP or 504 plan documenting hearing loss and educational needs

Assessment by CSDR team to determine appropriate placement
